About
Spacious, stylish, historic yet updated, fantastic location in Ballard near Phinney Ridge, Fremont, Green Lake, Greenwood, Stumbletown.
Good to know
Quintessential Craftsman with FIVE BEDROOMS and TWO BATHS, boasting original 1912 fir floors and millwork throughout, seriously spacious rooms, and comfortable layout.
Other Details to Note
Potential for street noise in the front rooms (dining room, a couple of bedrooms). It's really not bad - I just like to mention it to be on the safe side. Honestly, you can barely hear the cars when you're in the house. NO CATS. NO EXCEPTIONS. Thanks for understanding.
